Thongmang Sinkhole Victims to Receive LAK 147.93 Billion in Compensation
Vientiane authorities have set aside LAK 147.93 billion (USD 6.5 million) to compensate residents of Thongmang village for damage caused by sinkholes linked to potash mining, though no payment date has been announced.
